This heavenly combination uses the wet-milled beans of ELLA - Women Producers of Guatemala for a more consistent clean taste. The fermentation process helps to remove any defects or impurities for a fresher brew. Three female owners are responsible for growing these coffee plants. The area's abundant flora preserves biodiversity and reduces the need for chemicals.
The Sumatran beans are fermented and harvested using Indonesia's unique wet-hulled Giling Basah way for a unique earthy, spicy, floral taste with low acidity. The beans thrive in volcanic soil and high-altitudes of 1750-2000m. Crops are harvested by small-scale farmers who work arduously to cultivate great coffee.
