Origin Story

Mira Mexico Coffee is a rich and elegant medium roast from the mountainous coffee-growing region of Chiapas. Its creamy body carries layers of deep chocolate, dark cherry, and fresh orange, followed by a sweet, clean finish that invites another sip.

These beans are produced by farmers connected through Alma de Chiapas, an umbrella cooperative that helps smaller producer groups obtain certifications such as Fair Trade. The organization also provides support in business development, financial management, and coffee quality, helping participating groups grow toward becoming direct and independent members of Impacto Transformador.

Alma de Chiapas brings together 599 coffee farmers, including 109 women, who collectively cultivate more than 1,650 hectares of land. Coffee is grown between approximately 1,000 and 1,800 meters, where elevation and regional conditions allow the beans’ sweetness, fruit, and chocolate character to develop.

The washed coffee includes Typica, Bourbon, Marchellza, Oro Azteca, and Costa Rica hybrid varieties. Named for a remarkable variable star, Mira Mexico Coffee offers a profile that seems to unfold with every sip—creamy, radiant, and filled with unexpected depth.
